Comexposium Japan K.K. (hereinafter, the “Company”) shall strictly and carefully keep and handle personal information collected through the application for ad:tech (hereinafter, the “Event”) in accordance with the following policy:

With regard to the handling of personal information for the Event:
Personal information for the Event means personally identifiable information, such as individual name, organization, address, department, title, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, that is voluntarily provided by the applicant upon application for general participation in the Event, application as a speaker at the Event, or application for exhibition at, or sponsorship for, the Event (hereinafter, “Personal Information”).

Personal Information shall be used for the purpose of operating and managing the Event. Personal Information may also be used to give notice of other events organized and managed by the Company.

The Company might delegate to supporting companies certain services, such as responding to inquiries from applicants, sending emails, mailing, or reception/admission on the day of the Event, or registration processing for participants. In such case, the Company shall provide those companies only with such information as necessary for them to provide such services, and supervise them appropriately.

When an applicant him/herself requests to delete his/her personal information, the Company will delete such personal information from its database.

The Company shall not provide personal information to any third party without the consent of the applicable individual.

Rights Clearance: This Event is recorded for the purpose of future publication and reporting (Online Media, WEB Site, other printing materials) Therefore, the appearance of Attendee may be recorded in video footage or photo of the events. For the use of image rights in this case all images are considered part of the event contents and belong to the Organizer by attending the event, the Attendee is considered to have granted permission for the use of these image rights.

Provision of Personal Information in Events with Networking Platforms:
Some events organized by the Company utilize a networking platform to enhance participant networking. The following notice applies specifically to such events.

About the Networking Platform:
To participate in an event using a networking platform, participants must provide prior consent. By doing so, they allow the event organizer, EventHub, and other participants to share personal information. This includes consent to the terms of use (https://eventhub.so/terms-of-service/) and privacy policy (https://eventhub.so/privacy/) of EventHub. If participants wish to have their personal data deleted, they should contact the event organizer, who will coordinate with EventHub. to promptly delete the requested information. Participants should review the EventHub Starter Guide for any restrictions related to matching functions after deletion.
